Anyone here who works for HPE India? I have received an offer to work at HPE in Bangalore and would like to know more about the employee benefits available.

1. Health Insurance Coverage and preimum that needs to be paid for including parents.

2. Shift allowance : night shift, half night shift, on-call allowance ( with amount if its not too much to share)

3. ESOP or RSU options : its not there in my offer letter so i wanted to know if anyone who is interested can participate ?

I can see short term changes but the way Amex has been aggressively marketing Platinum card, we just will have overcrowding of primary card holders 🤷🏻‍♂️

So I've been at my job for 5+ years as a data analyst/back office support team. I made my way up into making a little over $40k. I've been WFH the past 2 yrs and overtime more than half my team has now been pulled out to work for a diff department which resulted in me taking 90% of our daily tasks to handle.
