Need some advice here. I am a fullstack developer with 5 yoe in Angular and Python. My aim is to crack FAANG companies. Now I got an offer from HSBC in a credit risk model monitoring role using Python. It is close to a data engineer role.
My question is that will it be a good idea to shift from development role to a model monitoring role if I want to move to FAANG in the future?Or does FAANG not prefer people who are not in core development roles?Amazon Microsoft Google Adobe PwC EY Citi Barclays JPMorgan Chase

They will all just decamp to the Delta SkyClubs
But Amex Platinum, not Amex Delta Platinum

Effective February 2, 2023, Diamond, Platinum, and Gold Medallion® Members flying internationally in Main Cabin or Delta Comfort+® will no longer receive Delta Sky Club access, unless they have access through a different entry method (such as a Delta Sky Club membership). Please note that Diamond, Platinum, or Gold Medallion Status still permits entry to the Club if flying in Delta Premium Select internationally or Delta One®‡.
Honestly, I wish they would implement a net worth/spend barrier. A multi-millionaire and high spend > churner.
can't you just issue an SO / family member a platinum card??
This was one of the primary reasons for getting my GF an AU card. We saved more than $250 in guest fees between the SkyClub and Centurion this year along with the other benefits. Easily worth the additional $175/year
Amex was my favorite for a while but I feel like that’s slowing fading. Chase has more benefits lowkey anyways.
I think the real change is the second paragraph. Not sure the $11 increase will make a difference.
