For the final settlement at the time of leaving are all Earned leaves paid ? I mean to ask Earned leaves and Earned leaves lapsable both ?
What will happen to the balance of General leaves if I have them ?

I was approached on LinkedIn for an early career recruiting role in DFW, TX. I don't have direct experience, but I have the university experience/connections from working in career services. This is the first time I've considered work outside of higher education. I said my salary expectations are minimum $90k and that didn't seem to be an issue. Am I asking too little, too much? I accepted my Amazon offer on 5/23 via email as told by the recruiter who also took down my social via telephone and send me a old school pdf to fill out for a my background screening. At the time we decided on 6/13 as the start date. On 6/3 I received an email from Amazon’s version of docusign to sign my offer, and yesterday 6/8 I was notified by the recruiter that my start date would be delayed to 6/20 due to background not being completed. Any idea what is going on.

I’m in-house at a small company (60 people), started right out of law school about 5 years ago. We had a legal team of 5 then. Everyone has left and we just hired a new GC.
