I am a aeronautical engineer, passed out in 2021.
I recently joined tcs with 10LPA and this is my third company.
In my last company my ctc was 5.5 LPA, and my total experience is 3.5 years.

What should i learn to grow and reach 18 LPA, working as manufacturing documentation engineer.

Question: can an employer legally withhold your personal possessions after you leave the firm? I left my old firm recently and they were not happy about me joining another consultancy. They are withholding any belongings that I left in the office and have ignored my emails asking to arrange a pick up or delivery of my personal items. I understand the covid19 environment impacts the situation, but anything I can do to get my stuff back? Any help would be appreciated. I’m based in NYC!

I have an experience of 6 years in Production and Application Support. I have worked as middleware administrator as well for Jboss and Weblogic.
But due to the diminishing demands of the role in IT industry , I am planning to switch my career in Devops or AWS which would help me grow.
But I am not sure without any practical knowledge, will I get a job at this many years of experience in a different profile.

Parents are deciding between moving to WVirginia vs Virginia at retirement to be closer to us based in fairfax (ideally be at 1 hour driving distance).
