Thinking of quitting without anything lined up. Posting it here only bc I’m on a visa. Not gonna glorify it since I’m quitting only bc I don’t like the nature of my job or the environment. Have no grand big things planned ahead. I’m fine with leaving the country. Has anyone been through this and have any advise?

As a former Corporate Counsel, now mostly solo practitioner in Federal Court specialty practice is a mixture of Bankruptcy, Immigration, Business Transactions and Employment law.
My question is could I affiliate "of counsel" on part of my practice like say only Employment Law?

Looking for some advice as I am considering relocating to US. How difficult is for HR professionals to get a work visa? I think from what I read I qualify under eb3 (no master yet) or h1b. Hi Fishes, Is it possible to process h1b as cap exempt if I had worked on USA in h1b status for few months and if the visa is expired now, once I join a new employer.
