Hey guys, Since I am working in Deloitte and right now, I am working from home. I want to go Nepal for 2 months and I want to work from there. Do I need to tell my manager or simply I can go there and start my work. Is there any obligation?
Note- I don't want to tell anyone. Since it may backfire sometimes

Following - I'm also thinking the same. You're not alone OP.
Apply for Canada PR as back up (if you are Indian)
Could go back to school for mba/ms/msba
Tap into network from back home to figure out relevant job opportunities
Wait till annual bonus payout if haven’t received already
Wrap up taxes and credit card/loans stuff
Waiting for express entry but it’s taking forever 🥺
Choosing to leaving the country - Good idea if you don't like it
Choosing to resign without an offer - not a good idea unless you are totally exhausted and have good savings for at least 1 year.
Hang in tight buddy, you will find something quick and then resign.
Just here to say you are not alone. I’m this thought has been running in my mind for the last few months!
Some of my friends repatriated before even maxing their visa because of toxic work environment. Some of them went back to their regular offshore jobs. I'm amazed at one of my buddies who became a day-trader at our stock exchange and one is now running a rental property company with his savings.
I really want to be a day trader too!
EY there are ton of job out there much better than this I promise ♥️ try to give a shot. If you decide to go and then come back you can still use your h-1b and do the transfer with consular processing. Good luck!
Any jobs recommendation?
