I have an offer from oracle India. I have to join in next 3 weeks. Already 2 months of notice period over But now my current company starts discussing with me to retain and now they are offering a good package and grade upgrade. Which is much better than the oracle offer . So I want to know if I inform oracle now that I can't join will there be any repercussions ? Like blacklisting

We are a firm of 5 transactional attorneys and the bonus structure is very unclear. The usual “based on personal performance and firm profitability” language. I wonder how this is calculated in general. What is the percentage bracket of the bonus? Assume it is a high performance 9+ year attorney and the firm is profitable (even with COVID). The based salary is low $120k. Firm is in Tx. I’d love to hear your comments.
