I am Fully vaccinated but if I declare that I am partially vaccinated will they get to know my bluff? Adderall for breakfast lunch and dinner
I’m trying to figure out what all the hype is surrounding Adderall....I took it once and ended up taking a three hour unexpected nap an hour later 🤦♂️
I don’t, monster energy drink does lol honestly if I get 6 hours of sleep I’m ok which is pretty much exactly what I’ve been getting. Hard tho as the days are blending together and I only know it’s the weekend because I’m working in the office instead of a client
B12 drinks/shots in the butt, take magnesium citrate at night to help reduce stress and anxiety and boost mental cognition, small meals throughout the day instead of typical 3 meals a day cause eating makes me tired and groggy. Green or black tea and midday walks weather permitting
I try to workout for at least 30mins couple times a week. It really helps to fight the tiredness. I get 6 hours of sleep when I need to wake up earlier to go workout.
I joined this Orange theory thing. It's really dope. Expensive but one hour of powerful workout.

I’m pregnant (first trimester so nobody know) and somehow surviving busy season. I get up to run most mornings and then helps me get energy for the day (I need it because I can’t drink coffee).
How do wake up for a morning work out. I just can’t do it during busy season, any tips?
The first week or two is hard, for sure. I’ve found that once I got into the rhythm of going to the gym in the morning, I got way more energy out of it than I do out of the extra hour of sleep.
Morning workouts! Vitamin B chewables! Fizz sticks from Arbonne! Natural sugar free sources of energy. I did last busy season on coffee and it was horribly exhausting but this year I’m surviving and I’ve been working 60s-70s for the last few weeks

I make a point of leaving the office at the same time no matter what and working out for 1 hour (pre work out helps). I then can go home and work 3-4 more hours if necessary
That may not work for your office so i suggest morning workouts. No one can take the morning away from you like they can the night.
