I have attened 10th jan 2026 walk in interview in pune location. Cleared technical round on same day and filled one pysical form. On 15th jan got mail to fill CDF 2 form so i have submitted on same day. After that on 19th jan got HR Discussion call and had current and expected ctc discussion - she told for futher process some one will connect once your candidature processes...
But still now [2 feb 2026] no update on approval or offer letter.

Don't know whom to reach out... need help

UPDATE (RE: SoCal Assistant Controller Interview)

So after two weeks of waiting (and giving up on the idea of getting the job really), the recruiter got back to me.

They said due to month-end and quarter-end close they were busy and couldn’t get back to me as quickly for a “good update”.

The recruiter said the CFO enjoyed our call, she, the CFO, will call me next week directly to “discuss some final things”.

Not sure if Im hired or not, but are there any questions about the job, comp (cont.)

I am done with the multiple rounds of technical interviews in PWC AC and HR confirmed that the feedback is positive and they are working on next process.
Its been one week I haven't received any communication on that. When I called HR, she told that background check team will reach out to me over email or call in some days.

Can anyone suggest if I should hope for the offer letter in this case from PWC AC or not.
