I've been interviewing with some companies, and now I have to decide between JPMorgan Chase and Globant.
Globant is more innovative, and has remote work. I will enter to work with a Sillicon Valley startup based in San Francisco. The tech stack is React, Nextjs, AWS, and a serverless architecture.
JPM is semi remote, and less innovative. The tech stack Java, SpringBoot and AWS. But I'd do more migration tasks, like dockerize projects and pass them to kubernetes. What would you choose?

Guys, my friend had her last working day last week and she thinks she forgot to fill her timesheet for her last 2 days before handing over the laptop. What can be the consequences of this? She is really worried about this
P.S she belongs to a back end team serving the firm internally charging time on only one code.

Dark jeans + white button down + blazer
If it’s a trap, you should not want to work there anyways
if they explicitly said jeans are okay, I would dress it up with jeans (blazer, heals, whatever). Don't go anymore than a smart business casual.
Lol wear jeans just don’t go with rips or fading to be safe

Dark jeans are cool. Smart casual is cool.
what type of company/firm name?
It’s a fintech startup.
Interviewed at a place like this, told me to wear what I was comfortable in, but jeans were OK.
ended up wearing something a bit more formal so I would feel good, but would have rocked jeans and a T-shirt if I felt comfortable in it
For interviews I always error on the side of too formal. Jeans might be “okay” but that doesn’t mean everyone in the office wears them
Jeans
When I interviewed with a tech company where everyone wore jeans/shorts I went in business formals (pant suit) because HR suggested to wear something formal. I still got the offer but it definitely felt weird because my entire interview panel were very casual. I don’t know what HR and I were thinking! 🤔
I think nice dark jeans without any rips would be appropriate. Or you could wear chinos/khaki pants which are still on the casual side but not as casual.
