Hello All, I have completed 2 rounds of interview in Qualcomm. My interview went well. I answered most of the questions. Also questions follow up questions. Answered all the coding questions exactly and also explained.
At last interviewer when asked for any questions I asked feedback. She told nothing is weak went good and Interviewer told HR will give me the official feedback.But it has 3 business days. I written follow up emails. Still no reply. No calls picked.
Is this a sign of rejection?

How should I go about preparing for it? Is MBA the only course?

I have received an offer from a company and I'm in the second stage of interviews with another company. I am very interested to see if I could make it through for the second company. So can I accept the offer from first company and then if second one also sends an offer then let the first company know I would like to reject? Also i am on H1B visa. Should I be concerned with that?

I am holding an offer of 12.2LPA having 4.4 yrs of experience in Citrix Administration.
MasterCard is offering me 13.5LPA as fixed pay and 7% as variable pay.

My firm, a small boutique in the region, is only recruiting on a case-by-case basis this year.

Dubai people I live in Marquise Square tower and my neighbor is having a party literally every day till 4-5 in the morning- I spoke to him and he apologized and promised to keep it quiet but he didn’t. So I spoke to the security if they can tell them to calm down and the security said that he can’t do anything as it’s the weekend! Is that normal or should they give me a noise compliance and force him to stay quiet after some time.
