I have Total YOE 8 and 7 in SAP Basis. Current CTC is 17LPA fixed and got offer for 24LPA fixed. Is this good hike interma of switch? Whever i get call from HR they would always mention that they can give only 30%+ of current CTC. Your advices and suggestion are most welcome.
