My LM is so keen on small small things, not related to coding but documentation and all. Atleast once in a week I'm committing mistakes on small documentation points n he is stressing on same. Are there any chances that my probation will not be extended or is it a clue for me from my LM. He is Looping his LM and asking questions/clarifications.
Should I ask him directly or can be ignored or need to try outside. Please suggest Barclays

Generally yes, but you should be able to take it to any mechanic and ask him to perform pre buying inspection.
I would absolutely go over fit and finish stuff before you finalize any deal. Bought a certified pre owned 1 year old Buick, in the evening. Everything looked and performed fine, as others have said no need to get a mechanics inspection, still had 1 year of full bumper to bumper warranty. But: once I took ownership in about a month I noticed a passenger door was set slightly too close to the driver side door, with slight friction occuring. Looking closely I can see the paint/finish wearing off. Was told any kind of vehicle assembly defect like that is only covered in the first 90 days from new vehicle delivery. So now I have to open my driver door first before using the passenger door so it doesn't get worse, or spend a few grand to fix it. So don't just test drive yet, put all the components and parts through their paces: doors, trunks, latches, seat belts, etc.

It's 2018 with <30k and certified chances are it still has some warranty left.
Typically CPO car has an “extended” warranty.
I’ve done this and no problems. Ask questions, if they’ve replaced tires, changed brakes and/or how much % left in the pads and treads. Those are two biggest things I want to know. If they are reputable, and did this, along with a warranty window, you should be as good. I’d also expect them to detail the car inside and out so it looks new upon delivery. Any sloppiness, sign of trouble.
Good strategy. Also <30 k miles means you wouldn’t really have big maintenance expenses outside of regular oil change.
If it’s Pre certified and still has the warranty, you should be good
