I need advise/suggestions for my visa situation. H1b approved in November 2019, went for stamping in January 2020 and got 221g blue slip. Submitted the documents requested by the consulate in March 2020 and the process was stalled during the COVID period. Employer ( Consultancy) dropped project because of the time delay. The petition got expired in September 2022. My question is - Can I renew the petition and is it possible to get a new employer from India ?

I'm working at a startup where I feel like I've spent as much time trying to deal with product issues vs working on roadmap items. I get this is bound to happen in a start up but is this common? I'm not sure what to do. It seems like no one really thought about the architecture or ux as much as they should have in my opinion. I need some advice.

Completed onsite interviews for the TAM role and recruiter gave me feedback that my technical depth wasn’t up to par for the role but my googleness/leadership and GCA interview feedback was stellar so they plan to propose me for Cloud PM roles instead. Hi All, currently Visa is approved, stamping is yet to be done... But the package is 60k only and I heard from colleagues who are already there, that this is not sufficient... I am working at a package of 12 LPA in India, and I think switching is the best option rather than going to US. Need your opinion please

TCS giving USA onsite, ~80k USD ( H1B was expired, came back to India, still 3 years left, have approved H1B extension, not stamped yet) - CCTC - 9.25L
Infosys 24L (21-F,3-V)
JPMC - 28L Fixed.
