Hello Everyone, I have received the offer letter from Nielseniq without joining date and details of the notice period or probation. It's just a consent letter and a code of conduct with the salary break up.
I asked HR about the same as my joining is near and still no joining date mentioned but not getting any response.
Any facing the same issue ? TIA

Hi all, so I got an offer from TCS last week with 2L of joining bonus. The JB related details are not mentioned in the offer letter and when I tried calling my HR he is neither picking up the call nor replying to my email. I got an offer from hcl and they are offering very less hike on my current CTC around 20% even fixed part is less than my current fixed amount.

I reverted asking them to provide 40% hike on my cctc or 20% hike on fixed cctc and wfh option.
It's been six days no reply from HR.

I joined Mindtree on 8th Feb and not got project and I was waiting for last 2 and half month. So, i gave interview outside (tech mahindra) and got selected. Almost 30-35% they said they will give and i am negotiating on it.

My main concern was shift and i have some health issues and unable to continue in night shift in Mindtree and tech mahindra its purely EMEA shift and per project team update.

Shall i switch to tech Mahindra?
