Itâs hard for anyone to really be able to provide accurate feedback. I would ask them to split the first item between material and labor.
For the labor only stuff, ask them how many hours and how many men theyâre accounting for bc each labor only item seems high.
$300 outlet is normal unless the panel is very close meaning less material
Best piece of advice: get one or two more proposals.
I'd probably ask for a breakout of labor vs material on the counter. Do you get to choose the material and does it include an allowance or how are you handling that piece?
Plumbing seems a bit high, but realize it's different every part of the country. Not sure how extensive the fridge waterline is. But cost me ~$400 a year ago since I'm on pier and beam so easy to splice into a main line under the house.
Cabinet seems potentially reasonable, again, not sure how crazy / big of a job this is. Without additional context it sounds in line. Would just make sure to understand what happens if they break / damage the cabinets when removing / repositioning.
Will it be bare wall behind where they are being moved from? If so, you'll want to make sure the quote includes any mud/tape, sanding and painting behind it. If it already includes it, that's a reasonable price. If not, that seems excessive and I'd follow the advice of others: ask for a breakout of labor and anticipated hours per person.

Try and get 3 quotes in total and see where it falls.
All of this seems reasonable to me. Labor depends on your area. You also absolutely want to understand what materials theyâre using and if you want those materials. Tile can run anywhere from $1/sq foot to $50+/sq foot for materials. You likely donât want the very low end of that. So agree you should break out labor/materials and have an opinion on the materials, but at a base level this is not overly expensive in my opinion.
Unfortunately, I've been through this many times and it doesn't look too off to me. I will never understand why demolition costs so much. ïżŒ
Itâs the labor and hauling without damaging, and all done within a day
Agreed, very expensive, but it would cost me more to do it myself, if I were to use my billable hours to do it
These numbers look reasonable for what is being asked

Location matters. Labor rates are very different all over the country.
Also matters whether the contractors are licensed and bonded or not.
So what is not included in this quote (aka we are buying the sink/faucet/garbage disposal + one additional cabinet we want)
From a high level, looks like a decent bid to me
That plumbing cost is outrageous. Iâm sad that more people arenât handy. This is all easy to do and countertop places will install the sink for you.
Haha I am sad tooâŠ
Home is ~2100 sq ft, kitchen is normal size
Seems very fair to me.
Welcome to home improvement! đ
So where's the 2nd bid? For 50%+ difference in quote, either one is ripping you off or one is going to do crappy work to be able to do it that cheap. If you don't know the reputation of either to figure out which is happening, I'd get a 3rd quote.
Is this for a rental or primary? If rental, I'd question if quartz n marble are necessary for the project
