I’ve heard the starting salary for associates is bad but that the commission makes up for it. Not sure exactly how the starting salary would translate to a 4th year
I work at a small plaintiffs firm and make 90k base, 10% commission on atty fees recovered on firm cases, 30% on self generated cases, and 25% on cases self generated but worked on by others. Very easy to hit 250k a year. If Morgan and Morgan is lower, I would look at smaller firms.
I recently joined Nagarro and got confirmed in project but got rejected in 3rd round of client interview so they released me after a week. Does it mean I was on project or i was on bench?
I've heard they fire people on bench after two months.
Depends on the department you’re in but I’m a 5th year atty in their premises department and am very happy with both.
What’s the average salary scale?
