I have changed my mobile and didn't added Share works account in Authenticator application now when I'm trying to login it is asking for Authenticator code which I don't have and when clicking on support it was redirecting to a page with contact numbers but I was not able to connect to any of those numbers as nothing is for Indian region

Can you please suggest on this how to get this issue resolved

I’m an in-house designer. My company decided to offer social media marketing packages to our clients. Today they asked me to take full ownership of that outside social media marketing on top of my current job duties.

I expressed a need for a promotion or raise to compensate for the major increase in responsibility, a responsibility that is not currently in my description.

I’ve been a licensed general lines (2-20) insurance agent for year and a half and have sold around 2M in premium, of which most of it is personal lines (homeowners, DP), and some commercial lines business. Even though I’m licensed to write my own business, the sole producer in the company is my boss. I currently make 35k + 15k in commissions (approximately). Is this a normal salary? Or how much should I be making? Appreciate your help
