Could someone confirm the pay range for IC3 in Oracle OCI.

For 9+ yoe, they are only offering IC3, asked for IC4 but HR said not possible.

YOE - 9
Role - Senior Network Developer role
CCTC - 25 LPA

Offered CTC - 35LPA [33L Base + 2L Retirals]
RSU - 16K$
No variable pay
No joining bonus [They informed there is no joining bonus component for any roles since last November]

Have another offer for 39LPA and asked to match, but HR is not moving from their offer.

Associate at an AmLaw 100 firm doing patent work. I applied to a part time masters program to try to pivot to a different technical field (still doing patent work, but in something that interests me more than what I’m doing now). Do I try to stick it out at the firm while getting the masters, ask for a reduced hours schedule, or get a part time, non-legal job so I can focus more on the program (one year).
