How is 21LPA Fixed for a supervising Associate with 4.5 YOE for Clients & Industries Insights team. Can someone guide here. I will get 10% variable on above of that as well right? It is upto a 51.5% hike but I am currently in a product based company. I have amazing benefits like International trips, iphone, internet reimbursement, WFH all year, no timesheets, Diwali 5k cash bonus but salary is 14L fixed. What should I do?

I'm exploring roles in WELLS FARGO/JP as I am looking into profiles in investment banking. Have done masters in banking & finance, & have retail banking experience of 4.5 years. Overall 8+ YOE from scrap.
Just want to understand the salary structure and role in wells/jp if possible. What can I expect with the jump at most? Plz help.

How long does it take EY GDS to hire? I've applied for some positions (bcom fresher) on June last week. For 2 positions (Core AMS- Staff & GDS.SaT_VME_BVals_Analyst) it's showing "we'd like to progress you to the next step in our recruiting process" since July 1st. It's been 10 days, but no update/email/phone calls. Can somebody help?
