I have got an offer from Jungle ventures as a portfolio manager should I grab the offer with
12LPA fixed
2lakhs variable
75k signing bonus
Current CTC - 8.5LPA, bonus 15%

Also I have offer for a REIT fund of 14.lpa

Or switch to Big4 and then switch to the betterVC or IB
My end goal is as well to be in IB/ VC
I am unsure about the the venture if this is good or shd i wait for better opportunity

Do you ever feel like there are rooms you’re locked out of? I’m a black woman, i lateraled to my group a few months ago with minimal onboarding and welcome. A white woman joined recently and everyone has bent over backwards to make her feel welcome and get her integrated into the group. (NDA mentioned no defamation) leaning on the side of letting it go, but this employer sucked BAD and i want others to know. ik its hard to give a straight answer bc it depends on the agreement, but wheres the line between bad mouthing vs your honest experience?
