Hello everyone,

I am a UI designer with UX knowledge as well. I have a 3 years of Backend experience in e-commerce domain. I switched to this field as I always liked the visual side of the tech. I took a career break due to health issues and this is the time I made my switch and upskilled myself all while recovering. I am finding it hard to land a job in this field and getting rejected for roles which is entry level and even internships are not giving me a chance.
Please guide me here.

How easy is it to move from an investment bank firm to a tech company?

When you’ve put in a lot of hard-work as a developer on a great project and received the best performance award but compensation has been same since Day 1…and have completed 2 years in the company. Furthermore no signs of compensation going up…Is it the best time to leave or stay? Additionally too many management changes have taken place that everything feels out of place.

I always wondered what kind of side jobs that copywriter could do?
I barely get an offer and when i do, i felt bad for charging it much so i always go with “pay as you wish”
