I currently work in Revenue Cycle Management and I’m so unhappy. I started my career with BCBS processing claims and that was a dream. I would take a pay cut just to go back to that. I’m trying to transition out of RCM and into something else that will let me build off what I already know and still allow me to work from home. I’m considering getting my RHIT. Thoughts? Advice? Well, I was on an onboarding call and they were talking about staffing and projects. The presenter said to reach out to them if you don’t think your project is a good fit. In his words “you were hired into the firm, not a specific project. We see you here long term... With the exception of PDM model” 😅
