I got an offer from startup located in Kerala and Dubai. Its a full time remote job but initially I need to work at client site dubai for 3 months. Last week they called and asked if I would be ok to join directly in Dubai since one of the Functional consultant left recently.

Now, they have applied for my visa under Tourism(60D) and they have given my profession as Sales representative instead of Functional consultant, Is it normal, should I trust and go ahead of joining there

Does Globant terminates the employment of certain trainees after their probation(3 Months) based on their performance in the training period? Some of the fresher trainees were laid off this morning without giving a notice or reason.

We were told that the probation period is a training period & not an elimination one. It was shocking as a few of those trainees were actually good.
