I have a total 10 years of experience as a SharePoint and power platform developer. I am planning to switch tech stack and I am a bit confused on what tech stack would be good on the long run

1. Full stack React + Python OR
2. Azure devops

I am planning to switch tech stack as power platform seems be to be very slowly dying and rightly so and have always not been a fan of low code.

Long term goal is to get into a product based company. Done with the service based industry.

CTR, contracts and department overhaul

our marketing dept is undergoing a complete overhaul. under old leadership, a $75k 12-mo contract was signed to a marketing group that handles our SEO, blog and everything Google Ads. All things I can and am in training to do. Current CTRs on G ads seem pitiful at no more than 0.75%. My meta ads coast around 4-6%. During this overhaul, would it be wise to not renew our contract, and negotiate for me to take over these roles and leverage a raise?

I was hopeful and excited to have a better working experience while working with EY. But seems like tagline is building better working world in real it is building worse working world. Anyone here experiencing same ?
