I have completed my interviews for the Security Advisor role at Accenture and my bgv is going on. I have 3 years of experience and how much compensation can I expect and what is the industry standard ?

Hr told me that I'll be under Accenture for the first year and for the second year the client will give an offer. Please let me know if anyone knows about this type of employment contract.
