I have received offer letter from Accenture and signed it but not getting an option to submit, so i informed same to HR and she mentioned that if you have accepted other documents then no issues and she is currently working on my location change and after that she will release a another offer.
Should I resign or wait until she releases new offer letter?
Please suggest.

I got an offer at Nokia, and my new manager said that she wanted to put me in the higher salary bracket however the HR insisted that we lowered the range. That caused me to receive a much lower salary than expected. Should I renegotiate even when my manager said that she tried giving me more. Does HR really play that big of a role in this?

Will they revoke my offer letter in this case or they will initiate my new offer letter? Need help
