Not about Amazon but maybe someone has the answer I’m looking for :) At Meta if you interview for a contract role and get rejected does the 6 month cool off period still apply to you when apply to new jobs? Similarly, if you are employed by a staffing agency at Meta are you barred from interviewing for other roles there? Facebook (Meta)

Thought I'd share another leadership opportunity, this time for industry leaders in the Tech & Digital sector. Would love to connect with anyone who is a senior leader (MD / SVP) with deep experience in this sector alongside leadership experience in a TA / Growth or Client Relationship environment. Amazing opportunity to further establish and grow our presence with global leaders in Tech.

I also didnt get a sign on bonus when I tried for it. But I do know some people who did.
Sounds like you're being low-balled.
Associates at some firms are not eligible unless recruited directly from target schools. Since you have experience you should absolutely not accept an associate role, tell them they are offering less than you currently make and ask them what you can do to make this work bc you like the team, work etc. I did this at Deloitte and they offered me 10% more and a 5K sign on as a SC (this was with 1 YOE, albeit in a fairly competitive offering)
I did however have a masters degree in my field (not accounting) which I think helped my case
I received a signed on bonus for a experience associate role. I’m not a senior, but more like a 2nd year associate. I transferred firms (Mid Tier to KPMG) and switched from audit to Deals Advisory. I had roughly 2 years of experience in audit.
Deals advisory teams across the board are in a dumpster fire state (I left Deloitte to EY for 70% raise). Not comparable to other service lines at the moment but congrats!
My offer out of college has 5k signing bonus… you are definitely being low-balled
I didn't get a sign on bonus in a similar situation, but I got more than I was asking for so 🤷♂️
Usually if you have a competing offer. Just tell them I have an offer. They’ll give you a bonus
