Current job profile involves End user activity and somewhat Central team activities. please told what i can do now to get the job in IT Industry As a SAP MM CONSULTANT with min 7 LPA current CTC: 3 LPA.

According to California Law, employers must pay unused vacation. Each year, we are given 33 days of holidays, no accrual. I was just laid off and my employer only paid half of my vacation because it’s mid year. Is this legal?

In hibob it says I had 32.5 days accrued.
