For people who have profit sharing what have your experiences been? Ours is every March but it is a variable number based on how we do the prior year (duh obviously) but also only my boss gets to decide and he gives no criteria on why he chooses what he does. If I have accepted an offer from a UK company and they have initiated my visa process; meanwhile I get a better offer from another company which will also have to support my visa; does the second company then pick up the previous visa process on the same application number or it starts a fresh process with different application number.
