Do hedge funds people have better schedule than PE people?

Im a first year and this hasn’t happened to me at my firm and they tell us not to cut our own time, but my first firm (short stint, small firm) did this to me allll the time and made me feel guilty — so just curious if this has happened to anyone in big law.

Does capgemini ask for the current paycheck as a proof for your current pay? Has any gone through the process recently? The recruiter seems to be focused on my current pay for some reason.

I have an offer from a startup with fixed 22 LPA.
Around what will be the in hand?
No epf is getting deducted, existing employees of the start up said so.

I’m a newer registered nurse (2 years) and want to get into remote work. I keep getting denied due to lack of experience but to even get the job I have now (case manager) the company knew one of my family members and they gave me a chance to interview because of that. For these remote companies where I don’t have connections how can I transition over?

What would you do?
My company contracts a web developer, we have a set amount of hours for the quarter and pay over if more work is needed.
He never gets anything done. Doesn’t answer emails half the time. The one thing he’s done was take out a blurb that threatened our eligibility for patent renewal.
We have another company taking over in January, but I still have some pretty important dev needs until then and I can’t get him to do a thing. I truly try to give him all he needs.

Hi fishes! I recently graduated. I got campus placed as associate analyst consulting in Deloitte in my 5th semester. It's been an year there was no communication from the Deloitte apart from the letter of intent. I joined Accenture 5 months back as a lateral hire ( Level 11 ) and have been a part of a project since day one.
