Feeling really nervous, help! I’ve been using topical hydroquinone 4% since before I found out I was pregnant. Now reading the label I realise that it’s not advised and a category C by the FDA - I’m 6 weeks pregnant and have obviously stopped now but really scared I might have caused serious harm to my baby.

Have any of you used this while pregnant and it turned out fine? Any other insights that can give me some peace of mind? 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Hi all, I just finished Day 10 of the Knopman Marks SIE prep course. I’m beginning to grow very worried. We are planning to try conceiving in a month. Have been taking prenatal since 20 days. I got ovulation test kit recently. Planning to reduce workout intensity (am lifting usually) during the weeks between trying and testing for pregnancy. I have started reducing caffeine already. Is there anything else I should be cautious of at this point?

I’m around 21 weeks and have been dealing with a lot of leg, tailbone, back, and general muscle pain. Since I do work long hours Monday- Wednesday (10hr +) I’m trying find a comfortable chair to switch to. Any recommendations? Currently I’m switching every hour or so between my kneeling chair and standing.
