Can anyone share hands on/ownership experience with a CX-30?

This is my first job in a large corporate company, and I’m trying to gauge how long it normally takes to move from entry level to another internal position in the insurance industry. I have been applying internally for a year now and I am wondering if this is normal or if my company is just slow? I am a top performer, with great metrics, and I have some wonderful connections I’ve made who support me. I just can’t seem to move up. How long did it take you to move up? How many tries did it take?

Have any respiratory therapists found jobs OTHER than being a clinical RT? I want to possibly change careers, but I am finding that a lot of jobs (clinical liason, utilization review, etc) want you to have a nursing degree, not a respiratory degree. I feel like as an RT we are limited to jobs.

Looking for information on strategic planning. Looking for possible change but want to hear from current folks. Thoughts, ideas, pitfalls…

Looking to transition from an experineced(more than 7 years) automation and manual tester to a python full stack developer , looking for guidance about the path .... job market(including freelancing option) ,job position to target , potential struggles , courses or any other potential resources !

Hi Everyone, Started my career in government 5 years ago working in an operational role, then focussed on HR for 3 years working my way up to a middle manager role in HR as a business partner and completed my Level 7 CIPD. I don’t think HR or government is for me anymore and looking to find something new, now 24 feel I have a lot of transferable skills and knowledge but worried about private companies in other professions taking me seriously. Struggling with imposter syndrome here. Over the past five years at my employer I went from independent contributor as a developer to a more of a Leadership position. what I’m finding though is that I don’t get nearly the kudos or mentions that I used to as an IC. I often wonder if I’m doing a good job or if I’m failing I tend to overthink and read into peoples life interactions. is this common as you enter leadership? Any tips to maintain confidence?
