I am a 7th year in a new role. My on boarding has been spotty due to workload/covid and I’ve made peace with the fact that I’m going to have to learn my new role independently and sink or swim. In the meantime, how do I know if my performance is acceptable when my supervising partner has no time for me, is always annoyed at everyone, and is a generally snippy? I know I shouldn’t rely so much on supervisor feedback, but I had a horrible blindsiding experience early in my career...

Is their any position called Senior Management Consultant in Accenture Strategy? Have seen people writing the same in their LinkedIn profile. Not sure why, as when I asked the HR he said levels in Accenture are Management Consultant and then Manager. Does anyone have any idea?

FTM here, How did you figure out the feeding position for your newborn. Nothing seems to work for me. He has good latch but any of the positions are not comfortable for me and causing me back pain. Adjusting supporting pillows while changing sides is pain too.
Went to couple of lactation consultants and there every thing works fine since they help out with all the adjustments but at home it’s all me who is doing the adjustments and nothing seems to work.

I’m a new attorney and have been at my current firm for about 6 months. I was approached by another firm for a position that would cut my commute in half and I’d make 20k more. I really like my current position and firm and don’t want to burn bridges but don’t want to pass up an opportunity that might further my career and make me more money. Any thoughts on leaving a position so quickly and how that might look to my current employer and how it will make my resume look for future employers?

We are a family of 4- husband, myself and 2 boys. We flew to Miami and came back. Other than being in flight and at the airport where we double masked, we were all by ourselves avoiding crowded places. Once back, my son got a cold, cough and slight fever too.
