I’ve recently received an offer for the role of Principal Cloud Security Engineer at Autodesk. I’d like to understand what a fair CTC expectation should be for this position.

For context, I currently hold another offer from JLL with a fixed compensation of ₹45 LPA plus a ₹7 LPA bonus, which will be paid out next year.

I work in a firm that is known for litigation defense. I’ve been developing my own plaintiffs practice as well. I am able to pay the bills with my hourly defense work, which gives me time to focus on a handful of high value PI case a year on contingency. I was recently negotiating a case and was told part of the reason the claims rep/OC was jerking me around was because they didn’t see me as a plaintiffs attorney. Is there any way to change this perception or does it just come over time?

Considering going into Finance Technology roles within big4. I have have >3 years background from deloitte doing Tax Technology. Can anyone speak to these finance technology role &/or give referral?
