Tech Stack: DevOps and Cloud

Concern:

HCL has given me DOJ as 24th July next week. However Capgemini is yet to release the offer letter. The HR is saying by 18th offer will be released.

Question:

1. Shall I decline HCL last moment it CG releases offer by 18th?
2. How is the condition in HCLtech for Bench in DevOps ?

I like it when a guy’s feet are smelly. Is it weird?

I have a situation in front of me. I got an offer from small company or we could say startup company Uzio (pdt based) and my manager in current company didn't revert back with any retaining offer. It's been a month and 27 days left in np.
My dilemma is that my current team including reporting manager are very rude and not supportive. I don't want to work in this project. But if I join in that startup company, there's a risk as everyone is talking about recession, firing. Suggestions?
