I got offer from Deloitte usi for 14 fixed and in Kpmg 16 fixed, will usi give an revised offer? I was expecting for 18 fixed, is it doable.

Does ZS revoke offer letter? I referred a friend, they got a generous offer as a SDE. But the HR is not responding since past 4 days to any call or email and the joining date is close.

I have got an offer for Manager level at a Big 4 in Consulting. People who are 3-4 years juniors at my MBA college are at Manager level and might get promoted sooner than me. Also, a couple of immediate juniors are at Senior Manager level.
