I’m not trying to lose weight. Actually trying to gain but that’s not gonna happen without actual weights so I was using the TRX for now. Thanks for the suggestion though
I'd personally go with resistance bands. I've been using them for the past 2/3 months and even though they might not be as exciting as dumbells or equipment in the gym, they are extremely functional and versatile. With a lit bit of creativity, you can pretty much imitate any exercise you can do in the gym.
