I was about to join infosys on 6th jan 2025 but delayed by saying bgv is not completed, whereas I had already submitted all the required documents 15 days prior
And with the same reason they have delayed my joining 2 times
When contacted with hr she always repliesb"looping concerned team "And pre joining bgv team is also not replying
Has anyone faced same issue.? What can I do here?

If i submitted both bgv and prejoining formalities, i should join only Cognizant??? If i didn't join they will blacklist me?
