1. How is WLB and overall company culture?
2. I am currently not hired for any project, but will be on bench once I join, so are their considerable number of projects under SAP?
3. What is the salary range for the similar role for 4 YOE?
4. What would be the expected hike considering one gets an average rating?

Those who have returned to a law firm from being in-house - what was your experience like? If you hated a firm the first time, was it better the second time around? I am writing this message besides the staff group of EY GDS. Specifically Staff -1 at assurance level. I would request everyone to spare few minutes and read it -

Wanted to bring out that staff-1's are paid peanuts (3.33L CTC) please don't expect them to slog 12-13 hours. They don't have enough motivation or incentives to work that long. Seniors,AM's and Managers should be more kind and explain the work to them clearly rather than making last minute changes.

Hi peeps. It seems there is very little work across floor in GDS. They are changing SSL especially of new joiners to get the required util. And changed SSL is no match to your skills. Really weird
