Hi everyone,
I have a total 9+ work ex in Devops and Release Management. Did an executive mba with a goal of breaking into Program management but got recruited into Management Consulting . In this company for the past 3 months.
I feel that my overall skills are better off in a TPM/Program Management role.
My overall experience makes me eligible for most PM roles.
My question is how do I prep for a TPM role since I don’t have development or Scrum Master exposure. Amazon India VMware BrowserStack Inc.
How is performance measured at MBB?

Looks like OP is trying to assert that Asian men are oppressing the rest of us.
Seen it. It kills me every time...
I’m an asian man😀
😒
This concept is interesting and the rhetoric blames the one being paid more not the management making the decision: For example many people who are now championing free the bid were the same ones for years discriminating. They have now jumped on the band wagon and they are being lauded for it. The non management persons who have always been behind diversity are now the sacrificial lambs and taking the blame. Unless there has been a massive rollover in management in the last few years think about that.
Um, what?😒
OP it is interesting that you see this infographic as indicative of discrimination vs differences in distribution of educational attainment, field of occupation, and hours worked amongst the various race and gender categories.
What's more interesting is that you don't see all of those things you listed as forms of discrimination. You might as well just call minorities dumb and lazy. Wish I knew what company you work for so I could avoid it entirely.
This is interesting
What point is this trying to make or instigate exactly?
My point personally was the breakdown info on women's pay by racial and ethnic background. I was not aware Latina women were the lowest paid of all. I believe many assume it's black women (but this statistic kinda makes sense to me as I know immigrants who are POC are extra discriminated and many Latinos in U.S. are still foreign born unlike black Americans with legal citizenship status and no accent). I didn't add that commentary because the rest of the info is still very insightful into current racism pay levels regardless and I'm always interested in how others see the same thing from different angles. We're a long way from equal pay.
Asian men earn more than white men? 🤔
yes, but the infographic is a bit misleading because you need to add in the industries. asian men make “more” because they tend to gravitate towards certain higher paying stem career fields, but if you slice the info into senior management, asian men lose out in the western world.
Yes, they do:

This sucks... also sucks to not even be listed 😕
