My job, which I’ve loved until some recent significant leadership changes, is sucking the life out of me and I think it may be time for a change. I am tech guy with almost 3yr exp, but I want to switch to a Management role. Going for an MBA is not possible for me. I was wondering about the possibility to switch to a management role within the next 2 years without an MBA. Company/Brand is not a bar for me.
