If you’re a senior or above you have the option of either $45/mo if the phone is not on a payment plan or $65/mo if it is.
You can either choose to have a second phone just for work or just apply it to your normal mobile device. Most people choose to apply it to their personal device because having two phones is a hassle and KPMG doesn’t monitor anything other than failed login attempts and firm apps/firm email. They don’t even trace location.

$45 if you own your phone. $65 if the phone is on a payment plan. Might be higher for partners/SM.

Use your own personal phone and they pay 65 if on installment plan or 45 if not on installment. Only senior and up qualify in tax and audit but advisory is associates

You can get a 2nd phone only for work if you really want and run it through on the $65 option.
Some people do it, but after they’ve become more transparent on what’s tracked since transitioning to Microsoft’s company portal, I personally don’t see any incentive to have a 2nd phone.
Oh, and for associates? What’s the deal then with getting your work email and like teams messaging and stuff on personal phone.
When I was a staff at Deloitte I was actively encouraged to check my email on my phone after hours or on weekends and PTO in case anything popped up lol. This is an example of how having a company provided phone is not necessarily a good thing.
