I am still a software engineer in LTIMindtree.
I have got good ratings in the appraisal. But am still waiting for hike/promotion from January 2023. It's July now, and still there are no news about the hike/promotion.
Now am thinking of going ahead with other offers.
But there is a slight issue. The joining dates are less than 40days. Will LTIMindtree accept reducing the notice period if I agree to pay for it?

Round 2: Hiring manager round. Went well.

After 2 weeks they said Role no longer available. It was L5 supply chain role. This happened in April. Can I apply again in Amazon?
