I have joined the TCS as Associate System Analyst. It's been a week still haven't got any project also RMG/s are not responding, and as mentioned my parent IOU is BTG
Can anyone help me with this as what is BTG and how this unallocation will affect me. (Like in terms of layoff pr termination)

Just here to vent that I feel severely disadvantaged for being a POC with partnership aspirations my firm. I've seen much younger white associates in my practice group get to go on client pitches, and as an nearly 7th year associate, I haven't been invited to go on a single one (even after voicing concerns about this to the partners in my group). I do great work, bill a lot of hours, and think I have a solid reputation but it's hard not to read the writing on the wall here. :(

As a marketing agency, how did you lock in a deal with your first client?

I'm in a really small specialized consulting group. No matter the project, the same 15-20 of us are working on it, and there's little to no travel. Advice on how to make connections in other groups?

With so many changes around in no time - working on legacy technologies /
