Choose infosys for short term for atleast 2 years. I heard PIPs in LTC. It's pathetic not even completed 1 year so many fall into PIP. So don't think of Lloyds until unless u want some product based on resume

Lloyds is fucked up. LTC managment is spineless. They can't put up a point even if they know they are right. UK people wants things to be done exactly their way.
They created LTC for innovation but they can't handle or welcome any new ideas.
Vendors are a new mess all together. Uk folks favors them and their is next level politics involved there.

So in short Run towards Infy.
