I wanted to ask how difficult it is to get into EY or any Big 4 firm? Do they require qualifications like CA, CMA, or an IT background, or can a graduate apply?

I have a bachelor's degree in commerce, currently work in finance at Capgemini, and I'm pursuing an online MBA. Can I get an opportunity at EY with this profile?

Would appreciate any guidance. I'm also available for immediate joining.

Are tears considered business casual or not really?
