Working as a SAP BASIS consultant my total experience is 5 years. Currently in accenture with fixed ctc of 13 + 2.73 Performance Bonus.

Got an offer from PwC India for 17 fixed and 4.7 Performance Bonus as senior associate. Is this Fine? should i expect more?

I am SAP HCM consultant having 4.10 years of experience. I feel that this module doesn’t have any growth. My first switch took me to 9LPA from 6LPA and now the second switch is being offered for 11.5LPA where I can see my fellow friends in SAP having more than 15LPA at the same experience on their second switch itself. Should I be worried about my skillset? Any insights would highly be appreciated. I feel stuck.
