I have cleared all rounds of Tiger Analytics and I got mail from hr stating that "Congratulations! You successfully cleared all round" and asked some documents regarding my previous company details and current salary slips. What does this means and when can I expect hr discussion for offer letter?

Anyone ever have experience negotiating a new offer to include unvested 401k match and stock grants from your current employer?
