Once the project is allocated the project code will automatically reflect in SAP portal to fill the timesheet against the same or how is it done?

Also what do you guys fill in notes while filling the timesheet when on bench?

What do you think when associates/senior associates misspeak on a concept during a meeting or interview?

I’ve learned something new on each project, and I’m afraid of coming off as an idiot so I rarely contribute to conversations; only after I have done research on the topic and have prepared do I speak/give ideas

Is the working hours mentioned in my workspace correct? I have recently been allocated to a project and it shows timings from 11 pm -9 am..

My ECD keeps changing our work before it goes to client and it's cost us making good work. Our books are suffering because he can't get his hands off the tools. Our books are only full of spec now.

Who in the agency would you say has the ultimate responsibility to come up with the agency’s pricing & services model? Sales? Finance? Ops? Project Management? Other? Recently started a new project, everyone’s remote, handful know each other, most know no one. Few newer hires. I want to set-up some kind of laid back happy-hour w/out work but I’m failing to find a way to make that happen with 10ish people and I am trying to avoid the mandatory fun vibe. I’d like to get to know these folks, and welcome in the newer ones, but I’m not sure how to proceed(without it being kind of lame).

For the one year of work experience requirement to get CPA license in CO, when did you qualify? Do they just do 1 year from DOH or do you need to have charged 1,800 hours of client work?

For those of you that have your own book of business (big or small), how did you go about getting your own clients? I do not live in the state that I grew up in/went to college in so most of my connections are law-school related. Even if I did, I grew up in a blue collar town so any connections I do have there wouldn’t materialize into a client base. I’m a 4th year now and really want to start growing a client base but have no idea how. HELP. I do corporate transactional law in mid-tier market.
